WHAT IF?

The possibilities of changing the way we approach thought leadership are endless. So I am dedicating the next month to assembling a list of opportunities. I am hoping my colleagues both on line and off can join in and add to this open ended concept.

Here are my first 3 what ifs:

* What if every one shared one great idea or best practice with anyone who could benefit with no expectation of a returned favor

* What if nobody at work had a title, you just went by your name

* What if you had to meet 30 minutes weekly with your team or collegues to brainstorm new ideas and concepts (no old processes or concepts allowed)

I like this list - particularly the third one. So many people either assume their ideas are not any good - or that others will not be interested - that the great ideas are probably missed all the time. AND...the very act of talking out loud about shared issues can itself lead to generated ideas!
